    Refunds & Cancellations Policy

    Refund Eligibility

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new purchases of eligible subscription plans or single-purchase items, provided that the content has not been substantially used, completed, or downloaded.

    Refunds are not available for promotional offers, free trials that convert to paid plans, or renewals unless required by applicable law.

    Non-Refundable Items

    Digital content that has been accessed or completed, gift cards, and one-time purchases delivered in full are non-refundable unless legally mandated.

    Subscription Cancellations

    You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

    We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Exceptions

    In cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or legal obligations, we will review and process refunds outside of the standard policy where appropriate.
